Sounds like it just broke. It's man made, stranger things have happened. Apple will replace it for you in a couple minutes.

It happened again! It doesnt respond to my touches after I unlock it with my finger Id. Literally I press screen and it doesn't respond or things in pressing an app on the right side of the phone. Ugh. Guess restore didn't work.

Should I exchange at Apple. Hate that I will get a refurbished

So it happened again. Saturday and I just restarted it and then it was okay. Now today it happened randomly but I get so confused cause as soon I turn the screen off it works like normal. Can't be the screen digitizer. Hmm

Also once screen is frozen if I keep sliding my finger on screen it will always open the reminders app which is in the right corner. So weird.
[doublepost=1452004008,1451968926][/doublepost]Is there a way to check if my phone is crashing? Like a diagnostic test similar to apples.
[doublepost=1452009299][/doublepost]I filmed a video how can I upload it? I wish Apple would send me a new phone via mail and then I ship back old one but I doubt they do that.

Hope the link works

Yes Apple will send you a new phone and you send them the old one back. It's called their Advance Replacement Service. If you have AppleCare on the device, the service is free. If you don't, I think it's a $30 charge? Likely to cover shipping. They will put a hold on your credit card for the full amount of a new phone, but the hold comes off when they get your old one back.

I live 5 hours from an Apple Store so I have only used this service and have never taken a phone in to a genius. I've called AppleCare as late as 6pm and after them determining I needed a replacement, I still had a phone at my door the next day. They give you a box and you pack up your old one and call UPS/FedEx (or whatever courier they use in your country) and they pick it up. Or you can drop it off for the courier.

It has taken as long as 2 days for me to get a new phone. And by new, I mean refurbished (I would assume). Have only had a problem with one refurb for my daughter that would constantly reboot. They replaced it immediately.

Can I restore my phone at the Apple Store. For example if I reset and erase all contents it won't keep anything ther at all right.
