Seasonal viruses are "seasonal" because of changes in the air - temperature and humidity might possibly be the main factors.
So with warmer air temp, you also get higher humidity sometimes I suppose. So the humid air catches the sneeze particles and lets them fall to the ground, or condensate on objects other than on people.
So - yeah, we know the human body temp - but air temp is still relevant. Your logic sounds good, if maybe a bit snarky, but I totally get that. Think it through and see if "seasonal" flu makes sense and is plausible to you.

Well, because reasons! (how could anyone really know?). We can guess.
Singapore is actually the one that you can think about - but maybe the answer is that it's high density population and a LOT of air conditioning despite being tropical humid air.
