QR codes were one of the things I missed when switching to Apple. Having to sort through the million and one apps were a pain in the @$$. Glad Apple is finally cutting out the middle man and making it a native feature.
 
"Robot vomit"? You DO realize this is the only available way for computers to easily take in binary data from a printed-out work in the real world? That it also has built-in error correction which means the data will survive tears and dirt and other real-world "noise"? That putting a QR code on a business card makes it absolutely trivial to import the contact data automatically instead of typing the whole goddamn thing in? WTF is wrong with you?
