iPhone crashing iTunes when syncing on "one" account only!!

My wife's iPhone will not sync at all and crashes iTunes each time when she is logged into her account on my iMac. However, when logged into MY account, her iPhones syncs perfectly. My iPhone syncs perfectly on both accounts.

What could the problem be? Is it her iPhone or her account on the iMac that could be the problem? I have deleted all the plist files etc. and re-installed iTunes with no luck. Restored her iPhone also with no luck.

Is her iMac account Administrator or normal user?

Both are admin accounts but it was my account that was used when installing Snow Leopard - would that be a factor?

Start her itunes in "Safe Mode" (without plug-ins) by holding the command + option keys while launching. If it works, trash her plug-ins (~/Library/iTunes/iTunes Plug-ins).
