Just to be fair, it should be noted that Europe is 48 countries and they are comparing a continent of people to a single country. Many of the countries in Europe are not very big so it would make much more sense for a european to speak multiple languages if they travel at all. America is a big country and is only bordered by two others, one of which some of the people speak only English. A better comparison would be North Americans and Europeans.
 
Download that file and then go into iTunes and press Alt (Option) and click on Restore. Then select the file you just downloaded and that will restore 1.1.2 onto your phone.

Which file? the restore .plist?
 
Whats new with it? Anything exciting? or just what was rumored to everyone.

This is a first...I'm syncing some audio to it and I'm able to do stuff in the background. Not locked into that "Syncing" - "Slide to cancel" menu....

I've done a sync before while on the phone- it had the person's picture and the phone menu, but it said "sync in progress"
