The problem is the National Association for Bilingual Education reports that 9% of Americans are bilingual. That compares with 50% of European citizens are bilingual. So there is quite a bit of truth in that. (and BTW Im American and Speak 4 languages)

Download that file and then go into iTunes and press Alt (Option) and click on Restore. Then select the file you just downloaded and that will restore 1.1.2 onto your phone.
Which file? the restore .plist?

Just finished restoring... one quick thing it says to plug it in to be activated in like 5 languages and flashes through them...
Which languages are included?
This is a first...I'm syncing some audio to it and I'm able to do stuff in the background. Not locked into that "Syncing" - "Slide to cancel" menu....
