No. That is off by a factor of 10 to the minus 12th or more. (Unless you are referring to the total ERP at the transmitter antennas - which is totally irrelevant, unless you are sitting on/in the antenna.)

If you are talking about shielding from RF, a thin metal screen at the appropriate grid size is all that's necessary. (tin? sorry...)

These are the sort of inaccuracies and misconceptions which cause these threads in the first place.
