At any given time in any given place, there are several hundred megawatts of radio waves being transmitted through your body at several hundred frequencies. There is nothing you can do short of living in a lead house to stop them, and in that case the cure is worse than the disease.

No. That is off by a factor of 10 to the minus 12th or more. (Unless you are referring to the total ERP at the transmitter antennas - which is totally irrelevant, unless you are sitting on/in the antenna.)

There is nothing you can do short of living in a lead house to stop them, and in that case the cure is worse than the disease.

If you are talking about shielding from RF, a thin metal screen at the appropriate grid size is all that's necessary. (tin? :rolleyes: sorry...)

These are the sort of inaccuracies and misconceptions which cause these threads in the first place.
