And I fixed mine by removing Google and only listing Cloudflare. I wonder if having both DNS numbers in there just confuses Facetime. It never used to, but Facetime started working the moment I removed Google (which just happened to be the first in the list).Hi guys, I had the same issue and was fixes by changing the DNS to google instead of cloudflare.
This worked for me tooI finally got it to work. I rebooted my phone one last time, and then my phone promoted me for my security code.
Only work with Macs with T2 security chip.2015 MacBook Pro Sequoia over opencore legacy patcher and iPhone SE3 ios18 not working.

What is this and how do you do it please?Hi guys, I had the same issue and was fixes by changing the DNS to google instead of cloudflare.
same here ... tried rebooting phone and laptop, didn't work.
sigh. damn tim apple never letting me handle my own securityEverywhere. Apple Silicon or T2 are security requirements.
If you have an Intel MBP woth TouchID you likely have the necessary T2 chip hence why you are able to see it on your Intel Mac. 2018 and later Mac minis have T2 also. So any Intel Mac with T2 can use it. A 2015 MBP does not have a T2.where does it say requires apple silicon or t2? and if that we the case, why is it showing up on my Intel Mac?
i have a 2019 imac. no T2 chip. but it still installed itself and showed up on my dock and then just threw and error message when i tried to set it up . what a fail and waste of my time, tim appleIf you have an Intel MBP woth TouchID you likely have the necessary T2 chip hence why you are able to see it on your Intel Mac. 2018 and later Mac minis have T2 also. Quoting from macrumors (@ https://www.macrumors.com/guide/iphone-mirroring/)You're probably most correct I suspect, would not surprise me
I have the same problem. It times out every time. I am restarting my iPhone again but don't hold out much hope of that making it work.
