Wait for it my friend your the one thats gonna need your head checked.

£200-£250 would be a good price.

are you bipolar?

£250 is around $350 US. i'm sure you can find an iPhone for around there on the market in your area. then you won't have to sign a contract and you'll have a cheap plan.

oh and your mockup is ugly. thank god you don't work for Apple.

An iPhone Nano? This is a good idea.

Launch an iPhone 5 (with a 4" screen), and also launch a smaller form factor (3.5" screen) which will become the iPhone Nano, and can be sold for a much cheaper price under carriers.

Think about it, this might be the only way for Apple to compete against Android at their own game.

They already have the "Nano" version in the iPhone 4. you can't (practically) make the shell any smaller and there's little point to make it 1/4" shorter anyway. Even a flip phone opens to as tall as the iPhone is. With it's smaller shape, the iPhone 4 is as small of a phone as is practical already.

Any screen smaller than 3.5 (for said "Nano") is going to come off as cheap junk, just like all the other small androids out there.
