Hi everyone. I am a new user of a IPhone so the whole software is a little bit new for me. Since some time I have problem wit automatic back up. I have a standard 5gb of storage on ICloud. I have turned off back up of things like photos, whats app and emails. But still phone doesn’t want to back up. Have you got any idea how can I solve this l? Thanks for help.

Yes even when the phone is plugged in I am connected to WiFi still I get the message that it’s not enough place to back up.

I have turned off back up of application that consume a lot of space but still it hasn’t helped.

Additional iCloud storage is cheap. Ugrade to more storage and try again? Backup to iTunes maybe?

Yep, if you do not want to pay for more storage, I also suggest you do encrypted backups via iTunes. I use both cloud and bimonthly iTune backups for mu 8+.

Most 8mportwnt is to get backed up before something bad happens.
