On ipod touch 3.0 (which I imagine is the same), I've had a few problems with large mp3s stuttering, and today, noticed that 4 podcasts/radio shows I listened to today had their play counts increased by 1 more than they should have (2 previously unplayed had 2 plays each, and 2 previously played once had 3 plays each...)

I made a seperate post about this but I find that the spotlight search indexes the iPhone incorrectly so that if you search for a song and then tap it, the iPod will play another song on the same album instead.

Not here, on my first check.

Me neither. It plays the right song on three separate trials.

As for losing the edit button while searching e-mails, I submitted a report, hoping it's just a bug. If not, what's the point of searching? :(

Sometimes the keyboard won't autohide and I have to rotate the screen from horizontal to landscape and back to be able to cancel or click 'ok' on pop up prompts.

Also when filling out address forms on websites, it sometimes won't let you fully fill in bits of information and when you go back to that field and press any key or button it just exits out of the keyboard.

The sound from the phone when receiving a text message, unlocking and locking sounds like the phone has been under water and has water in the speakers. Fixed this with a hard restart but still a pain...

In messages the texts automatically scroll to the oldest text and won't let you scroll down to see any new ones.

In Messages the keyboard will lay onto of the text enter field so you can't see what you are typing... Sorta an addition to the previous one.

Wi-Fi connects in the setting menu but never actually connects when you are using data, IE Remote app, Safari, etc. They try to use 3G even though I am connected to Wi-Fi

When sending photos in emails the phone locks up and freezes which needs a reboot to fix. But yet works fine if sending more then 2 photos at a time.

Adding a contact into the "To'' field on emails lags like a mother. Some times taking 30 seconds or more to load up before it will let me type anything.

Google Maps takes a LOT longer to render maps and images. I used to be able to use the maps program as a surrogate GPS, but now the maps will not load as I need them. Same signal strength, same area, but just doesn't want to work.

App store sometimes won't let me purchase or download applications saying "error, could not download, try again from iTunes" Never got this on 2.2 or 2.2.1

I think that concludes my list for now.

Have experienced this too. It's annoying.

Since getting 3.0 I noticed today that my email icon shows I have new mail yet when I open the app there is no new mail.

Also in the Camera app, when you open a picture from the camera roll and flip the iPhone upside down the picture won't flip like it did in the previous OS. It will only correct itself in left or right landscape.

I am so sick of Apple releasing software that is not finished. I could understand if it was third part software but this is Apple's stuff. If it is not ready then don't release it!
