I don't see the relationship either. What does one building owner tenting one building have to do with a multibillion dollar budget of a state government ?

i took this picture yesterday at "urgent care" in Utica, NY after a drug test for work.. very interesting indeed, I tried to ask the girls in there if they could tell me what insurance providers that they accepted, the only answer that I got was that "you'd be better off paying in cash" I think that means they don't. some Dr's office!

Did you notice the typo in the word "paymen" ? I would stand there for ten minutes making sure they knew. Hahahaha. Also, it says you must show your insurance card "every time," but they prefer cash ? Huh? Sue them for a violation of your privacy if you pay cash but they insist on seeing your insurance card.
