ummm...there's actually a gigantic difference. The pictures on facebook can be controlled as to how many and, more importantly, WHO can see them....i don't use flickr...so i'm not sure how that works.

Of course, its only my opinion that putting pictures of you child on an open forum isn't the best idea...but it's entirely different then putting them on FaceBook.

I disagree completely. I think there's far too much paranoia about these sort of things. He didn't post his address or anything. Sure, a real enterprising person with time and hacking skills might be able to correlate it to personal info, but anyone who wants to prey on kids can find easier targets.

I posted videos of my baby daughter on Youtube to share with family. Password protecting them means massive headaches coaching elderly family through the process of logging on. It's just easier not to. I gave it careful thought and decided the risk was less than just walking through the mall with her.

It's a brilliant app.

Unfortunately there's a bug in 3.0 which can lead to large-sized image files crashing the Photos/Camera apps meaning a reboot is required.

This bug is nothing to do with the Pano app itself, just exposed by it.
