what app did you use? and how did you get his swing in the pano without messing it up?
I used the 'pano' app.
are you talking about the motion of the swing and why it didn't blur? because I have no idea how it caught the swing as good as it did. I was actually wondering that myself when I took it. I think that if there is a lot of light during the picture the lens on the camera will shutter quicker allowing for the ability to take motion pics. (thats a guess, but that is how regular cameras work. Although on regular cameras its a setting you select within the camera...the iPhone may automatically do this...?...i'm not sure, thats my guess)
I have taken many pics where the slightest motion in the object i'm shooting, or my hand, screws the entire picture up though.
if you are talking about how i took the picture using the app...i simply just took the first one of his swing, (making sure he's on the left side of the pic) then i took the second one. He was not within the 'merge zone' so I had no problem just lining the rest of the shot up. I've done a few like that.
These two are done similarly:
1 - In the first pic, my buddy was only under the fall for the last shot so he wasn't getting too soaked by the water fall.
2 - In the second pic, there are only three of us riding together (so who took the pic?) well, within the pic there are 3 separate pictures, (one person per picture) i took the first two, then i gave my buddy the camera (being careful not to move the camera from its shooting location), then i jumped in for the third shot.
I love the 'pano' app.
