Use a case. The iPhone 4 can be slippery. Combined with cold hands, it's easy to drop...

Funny, I had a 3G and have a box full of cases. Kind of became a hobby. But the 4 is just so classy without a case I am going au naturel.

I never leave the house without a case on my phone but inside i take it off.

What you said.

I'd love to feel safe enough to leave the house sans case -- just because the technology of this rectangular device feels so nice in its bare form. But I'd be so dang pissed if I wrecked it in one way or another.

While cases aren't a panacea for breakage protection (though some come close), they can help avoid a mishap.

I didn't vote because my option is not on there. I have an iPhone4. I have a bumper, but it is still new in the package. I always get an invisi-sield installed by these guys in Irvine, CA (FusionOfIdeas.com aka digitaltechtoo.com) who have a store right across from the Spectrum's Apple Store.

They use their own version of the Zagg Invisishield which is called StealthArmor. I just get the clear version. It looks like a naked iPhone, but is fully scratch and ding resistant. I love this stuff.

YMMV, IMHO, etc.
