I've never cared much about battery life since I charge my phones frequently regardless and I've never (with any sized phone) gotten to the point that I had to charge more than once a day. For me, the appeal of the Max is the larger screen real estate, nothing more. I'm just not sure if it matters to me anymore. Two years of using the 11 Pro Max has made me very aware of how my phone doesn't fit easily into my pockets anymore, like it did with previous smaller phones. A part of me misses that. I also felt like the 11 Pro Max was the upper limit of phone heft, and knowing that the 13 Pro Max is slightly bigger and heavier may be crossing the line for me.

But back in 2019 I bought the 11 Pro and returned it for the 11 Pro Max so I'm thinking I may just end up doing the same thing if I get the 13 Pro. One specific reason I did so was that I remember noticing that certain web pages appeared to be cut off on the 11 Pro in comparison with the Pro Max. Unfortunately it's too long ago for me to remember exactly what I noticed or what web pages those were, but that doesn't bode well for me getting the 13 Pro.

So we'll see. :) Still undecided...

I'm in the minority, but I'm majorly regretting getting the Max.

It's my own stupid fault but I'm stuck with it now (and I know this is a first world problem!) Even if I could convince Apple to take it back now beyond the 14 days, the actual 13 Pro is out of stock for at least a month due to the chip shortage.

Sigh.

in the same boat here :(

The winner of the iPhone 13 Pro vs iPhone 13 Pro Max fight really comes down to what you're looking for in your next phone. If you want a bigger display and longer battery life, our money is on the Pro Max despite the higher price.

Picked up my max and it is quite a change, but I like. The battery is just amazing.
I did. mind the size for about one day but got used to it. Because of the size I need to put it in a case. Too afraid it could slip out of my hands in single handed mode.
Otherwise I love the size

Went from 11 Pro --> 12 Pro --> 13 Pro Max and couldn't be happier. I loved the size of the 11/12 Pro and was really worried about the heft and overall size of the 13 Pro Max. The weirdness wore off after about 4 hours and now, honestly, the 13 Pro Max feels normal like my 11/12 Pro did for a few years. Sometimes I forget I'm on the Max model. It's a very quick adjustment.

Did you end up with the 13 Pro or 13 Pro Max?
