I would absolutely wait until my contract had run its course and upgrade when my upgrade became available.

That said, I'm still very much under 5S contract until Sept of 2015, so I'll be sitting this one out.

I was not impressed by the 5S, so I kept my 4S and went to AT&T Go Phone plan. If the 6 looks like the mock ups floating around the rumor sites I will by the 4.7 model. I really do not care for to carry around a mini iPad mini in my pocket.
