$1.99, then $11.99? I can truly wait One. Freaking. DAY., and get the whole newsworthiness for free
I may be surprised but I can't imagine them having active, usable display on the curved edges. Not only would you have the problem you describe but the image is obviously distorted if on a curve. It may be displaying something on those edges, but I don't see any controls there nor do I see things like videos and such using that part of the display. Way too many people would have a problem with that and I'm sure Apple knows that.I can’t wait to hold a phone that will inadvertently launch something every time I pick it up. 🥴
And market it as the Magic Mouse inspired charging port... 🤢Unless they want to put the charging port on the back like the magic mouse.
Do you think Apple hasn’t thought about this? A screen that expands to the sides would 100% have measures for this.Imagine how many accidental touch this design will cause
I’m right there with you…I used a galaxy s8 for awhile and still have it in my drawer at home; i don't need to imagine 💀
It's a beautiful phone though.
If I get one I'll still use a case.An edge to edge screen means no case and more easily broken if dropped. I think Apple will raise the price of AC+ with a phone as described.
Can't believe it's been 40 years since the introduction of the MacMan, can’t believe we’re coming up on 20 years of iPhone before long.
Imagine how many accidental touch this design will cause
That could be the case. But I still want to see it myself first.Do you think Apple hasn’t thought about this? A screen that expands to the sides would 100% have measures for this.
Totally agree they look great!I used a galaxy s8 for awhile and still have it in my drawer at home; i don't need to imagine 💀
It's a beautiful phone though.
Indeed! That's why I am skeptical about itAlready happens with the current tiny bezel design.
You don’t have to pay your bills?I can’t put my finger on exactly why, but this feels wrong.
Don’t forget that Microsoft skipped Windows 9 and went to 10.Considering they skipped iOS19 and went to 26; they do seem to have some irrational fear of 9's.
