I have a difficult time believing that 20th anniversary iPhone won’t be an even higher tier of iPhone than the Pro/Pro Max.

Why would they only use the smaller Dynamic Island or hole punch in one generation of Pro phones? Doesn’t seem realistic knowing Apple.

I can’t wait to hold a phone that will inadvertently launch something every time I pick it up. 🥴
I may be surprised but I can't imagine them having active, usable display on the curved edges. Not only would you have the problem you describe but the image is obviously distorted if on a curve. It may be displaying something on those edges, but I don't see any controls there nor do I see things like videos and such using that part of the display. Way too many people would have a problem with that and I'm sure Apple knows that.

I had a Note 20, which had an edge to edge screen and it was impossible to type on it without a thick edged case on it. The edges of my palms would cause unintended keypresses. Edge to edge phones are not fun to type on. Who knows…. Maybe Apple will do it right.

If they don't keep adding things that others cant copy then it wont be special compared to other phones. Such a gimmick. How does this benefit the user? They have the power to put a computer in your pocket, you could dock it to a tablet, laptop, or computer shell and use it as a complete computer as good as a Mac mini. But instead we get pixels that will mostly be covered up by cases. It seems as though they want more people to not use cases because they make so much money off people breaking there screens. Thats not doing things for the consumer thats a sneaky way to get people to replace broken devices. What happened to this company?
