I'm looking for a 7plus in black, jet or matt, either 128 or 256, and I need it before leaving to NYC on monday to shoot a campaign video.
Looking at Gumtree but very hesitating to buy a grey market one if there's still a chance to get one through the official route before I leave on monday.

I have a 7+ 128gb Black reserved for me to pick up tonight. I'm torn whether to either do it through the IUP or pay in full on my credit card.
I'm selling my current 6S+ through Mazuma (getting £400 for it).
Do I put it on credit card (interest free), then use the £400 to pay half off straight away, or do i just go through the IUP?
What would you guys do?

People in the U.K. Order thread have confirmed that they have paid full price when reserving via the iUP route.
All the London stores had stock popping up from about 9.30-11.30. It was sporadic as to what store and what stock but each had 128Gb in Matte black.
No stores have had the plus in Jet Black, no one is expecting that for weeks.
Some did at 6am, but seems more came in, like an extra delivery, during the day at some stores (all London and about half of the ones outside London).
I know Reading and Basingstoke had none at all late yesterday, but this morning had many 7's in each variation, but no pluses. Then about 11ish, Basingstoke got some pluses, including Matte Black. Surprisingly Reading got no pluses.
So it looks like today there were 2 waves for some stores.
Guys! It looks like Covent Garden just got a huge delivery! Brother took this photo inside, saying there was a lorry outside with more too! Notice there's only about a dozen of each Plus...
Collected IPhone 7 plus Black from Stratford store. They actually asked me how I wanted to pay. The reservation is not only for people who want to use the iUP. I went this route like the two others I done last Friday. In and out within 10 minutes.

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU did I miss it? When did you reserve it? Online now basically ALL the stores are sold out. I wanted to reserve a matte black 7 Plus at Southampton westquay. 🙁 Will there be stock tomorrow 6am? All day I hadn't seen stock at westquay... last time I checked my local store through the IUP link was 3.30pm

I'm hoping there's some in my local store tomo 6am.
It seemed that today, there was the initial 6am release, then a top up of stock mid morning-mid afternoon. There is no rhyme or reason to the secondary stock update and no idea if it is same again tomorrow.
I believe that it's no walk ins until stock is more freely available, as in another thread someone said they asked and were told that.

Was that on all stores? In the morning there was nothing for my store and during the day upto 3.30 pm when I last checked there was nothing. I'm really hoping I didn't miss a restock otherwise I would be quite p***** off 😡
I'm hoping that there will be stock tomorrow at 6am for the Southampton west quay store
My experience today for what it's worth...
I just happened to have a 7+ 128gb black in my bag in the app, opened the app mid morning and noticed it said available for pickup. Bought it then and there from Covent Garden, though I wanted the upgrade programme.
After getting shuffled from queue to queue in store they eventually confirmed it's quite normal to shift from payment to upgrade programme. They first collect the prepaid phone, then refund the purchase price, then put through the credit application.
Sadly in my case it declined despite perfect credit. You then again have the option to buy at full price, which I did.
They also valued my 6s+ 128gb at £375 as an optional trade-in, which I declined thankfully.

It seemed like it was all of the London ones half of the stores that are outside London. Didn't see Southampton get any tho. Basingstoke got some pluses, including black. Reading didn't tho.
When I went to the MetroCentre store tonight I was seen immediately and did the upgrade programme within 10 minutes and was out. So easy and so pleased with the matte black 7Plus 128Gb I've now got.
Yep...same here......very smooth.
According to the girl, they only got 20 pluses in today, so I was very lucky to get one.
Either way it's clear UK customers are getting shafted compared to the huge influx of stock US and Canadian stores have had since launch.

I'm checking tomorrow 6am for southampton then. Basingstoke is closer to soton than reading but soton got no stock lol. If there's no stock at 6am what time should i check(tbf i would be quite pissed if soton got no stock 6am tomorrow)? What time did you check and is the iphone upgrade program link the quickest?
