iPhone screen issues post repair

just replaced my iPhone 5S screen today with one of the iCracked kits off amazon. Phone and everything is working but I got blue lines here and there. And everything has a blue tint. For the first 20-30seconds after I turn the screen on its fine, then the blue lines show up. Not quite sure what's causing this and if there is a fix for it. Thus I came to you guys. Any thoughts/suggestions ?

Try re-seating the ribbon cables that attach the screen to the main board.

Screen appears not to be fitted properly. If this isn't the case then contact the company. For re-fitting the screen, try find a step-by-step on Wikihow/YouTube or something.
