Sent phone back yesterday, checked tracking they have the phone but recieved an email around 3 hours ago stating they are sending the phone back to me as no fault could be found, what do I do now, the phone is definetly faulty but they aren’t replacing or refunding, I’m so annoyed!
When did you receive it? Aren’t you in your return period?
 
You can try taking the phone to a Apple Store to be looked at. If there is in fact a notable problem, they should be able to diagnose it. Get it in writing and then take that to the place you bought the phone.

I recieved it a few days ago but unable to return it during the return period as it’s been unsealed? Thanks
