That'd be a good looking device if it actually came in black like the dummy unit. It's nice to see a modern iPhone with a reined-in camera tumor. Make it a so-called 'mini,' and I'd consider buying one.

If it's priced right, I may pick up one refurbished a year or two in to replace the iPhone 15. Seems like a solid device for the money.

Looks a LOT like the iPhone 5S models of old. But the back too similar to a neutered Samsung Galaxy S24.

For now I'm not going to need Apple's A.i. , their take on it seems much more fresh than the cookie cutter we're seeing on Android, its just that it really needs some polish! EDIT: For now I'm sure most know which iPhone i'll be on teh hunt for, and in the summer I'll be a 2 OS Phone wielding knight [maybe]

Also with Apple shipped 13.1 million units in Q4 2024, which is 25% less than the previous year in China alone ... I think its time Apple gives iOS a desktop mode and directly out the USB-C port and over WiFi. Give us an iPadOS like desktop solution at bare minimum Apple please!

7yrs ago Apple made a HUGE deal during a WWDC opening that a double digits of new iPhone users did NOT have a computer and that the iPhone was their 1st computing device and thus they 'cut the cord' for iOS device activations. What they failed to realize or bring forth is a desktop computing experience allowing Bluetooth KB+Mouse [similar to Samsung's Dex desktop mode] to allow users to be more productive.

- Editing Pages, Docs, Word, Excel PowerPoint or Presentation documents is much much more efficient on a larger screen than a phone screen.
- Apple with all their refurbished or non-sold Mac's [ahem 2013's PowerMac or Mac Pro Trash Can] could've been utilized as an iCloud hosted desktop service for these users, then to students in K12 or College markets. The cost of non-sold Mac's could be utilized STILL and generating higher revenues!!!!

Apple it's time the iPhone become 'more' than just the best phone ... please?! I would have NEVER switched in 8.2023 if I could efficiently do this when my older laptop was destroyed on the road when accidentally left above a car before going for a trip! It also would've led me to purchase a Mac and continue school in 3mths over virtual machine for Windows for all my courses.

It's OLED, has 8 GB of RAM, USB-C, and a 48 MP lens.

in 2025 at the very least give us 2 rear camera's ... Macro and ultrawide or the same that the last non-SE lowest cost iPhone gave us 2yrs ago.

Sorry I’m not referring to a protruding camera, I’m referring to no raised area around the lens. All full-screen iPhones since the 11 have had a larger raised area around the protruding lens(es)

I'd like to see a 512GB option. Hoping this is the case. No need for a lot of the extras of the other phones right now but extra space. I think many are in this boat.

I have a feeling that Apple will cap it at 256GB to motivate some people to upgrade to the 512GB 16 or 17.

Also I don’t know why Juli Clover Suggests SE4 will get A17 Pro…. Be funny if it did get a “Pro” chip even with a older processor considering the non pro 16 doesn’t have a soc which has pro in it

I think maybe 512GB will be the max, because the baseline will be 128GB. Apple Intelligence takes up too much space to leave it at 64GB.

this and the ipad 11 are going to be extreme bargains after they were forced to upgrade everything to 8GB RAM minimum. I've tried a 16 pro and there is virtually no difference to the 13 pro I'm using in terms of speed in everyday usage, and the new SE will outclass the entire 13, 14, and 15 non-pro phone lineups, other than the 60Hz display.

Best time ever to buy an iphone for parents, kids, etc. But there really isn't a compelling reason to upgrade until they get under-display face ID to work in a new phone as well as the under-display camera to not be blurry.

Of all the squared-off post-iPhone 12 models, this is by far the most iPhone 4 looking, down to the black and white colors. Why don't they just call it iPhone 4 (2025)?

Because that's the cheapest AI-capable SoC that Apple has available. The base iPad is also rumored to get it.

Looking at it’s design I think the price will remain unchanged at $429 matching the SE3.
