Here(-ish)
Lots of back-and-forth and fallacies of false dilemmas happening these days, so it's made me curious: where does everyone stand on the iPhone SE? Is it the best? The worst? Or somewhere in between?

Can't vote yet. Once they fix the BT problem it will be the best phone iPhone ever for me, but I like my cell phones small. Unless they add features that I couldn't resist (like Apple Pay), this will be my phone of choice for a loooong time. I don't need a 2k or 4K screen, VR, 3D, more processing power, more RAM, or want it to be thinner.

For me it is the best iPhone I have ever had. I am not effected by the BT issues since I use carplay.

I picked one up to go along with my 6S plus. Sometimes I don't need, or like the big phone factor, especially when I'm suited up. So I see myself alternating between the two. As far as best or worst that's up to the individual and their personal needs, and what works for them. But one thing from a spec point of view I wish they did include band 30 for AT&T in the SE. Overall a good solid phone that seems to be performing just as I expected.

It's great if you want a small iPhone, but it's not if you want a big iPhone. Pretty sure it's just another iPhone.

Neither the best nor the worst. 5c was probably the worst. The SE is just another iPhone with a very specific purpose.

I'd say the current range of iPhones are the best ever. Not just because of specs, but because of variety. People have a wide range of choices at a wide range of prices, and that's pretty cool.

How about its a good for phone for some, it doesn't have to be the best (or worst) phone ever.

Two things about the SE:

1. For once a phone that you don't need a new case for (as it actually is an iPhone 5 SE and not really a new one). I bought one anyway ;)

2. But that means they missed the chance to make this their smallest phone, to remove some of the borders and make it more thin and lightweight. A smartphone with 4" screen the size of a standard cel phone, that would have been something new.

Besides that I am happy to replace my 5S with one soon :)

One thing is certain, next small iPhone will be better an so on...
So all those votes are temporary and if you don't need new iPhone wait for next one.

It's a compromise.

I feel Apple half-assed it, but it'll do for the rest of the year.

If my 5S hadn't of been on it's last legs, I probably wouldn't have bought one.

How is that for a glowing endorsement? :D

Ack, why did you have to go and give me ideas! How do you alternate, do you switch your sim or have two numbers or what? I'm on AT&T.

To answer the original post, I think the SE is another iPhone but it's a fabulous idea and a really great option to give to parents and in-laws and children if you want to keep everyone on iOS for FaceTime and IMessage and you want the iPhone to be a little bit more future proof than passing around hand-me down iPhone 5s with dying batteries or 6's and 6 pluses that casual users are going to complain are too big.

I love my SE, but I have also liked all of my other iPhones dating back to the 2 (or whatever the second one out was called ... 3G, maybe?)

I placed it in the "obviously better than most" category solely on a price/features basis. It's a killer phone, performance wise, at a GREAT price!!

a parallel dimension where the answer is a superimposition of best, worst and everything in between.
