Well, it's not very exciting as I don't go naked - would be smashed by day's end knowing me.
Screen is definitely more vibrant than my 4. Messages are also larger, presumably due to iOS update.
Took all of two minutes to restore from backup using iTunes.

The device payment plan is interest-free. My SE is going to cost $1.66/mo on it thanks to the $15 offset to the line access fee. I thought about doing the 2-year for 99¢ then it occurred to me that would actually cost more since there wouldn't be a monthly credit for the installments.
I'm out now but for reference, the 'spectrum' photo showing the models fanned out on apple.com is very accurate. I was wondering the same thing when I ordered the gold charging dock - a friend's 5s persuaded me it wouldn't be too yellow.

Thanks! Yeah, I went with blue. Not enough gold showing. I would prefer some more colours. I have a red silicone case and grey cover for my gold iPad Mini 4 and I like the vibrancy.
If Apple wakes up to the importance of this phone and releases more colours, I'm in.

Download it and bump up the shadows in an editor and you will see embarrassily bad finger marks on that monitor LOL. I Used shallow depth of field to hide the dust, too.Ha...are you sure that's not a photo from an Apple brochure? that desk is way too clean...

i did the midnight blue too to go with my silver-white body and i find the combo classier, livelier compared to the space grey-black body (though the latter is more mature, adult, understated). i am glad i ordered the apple case early on as i anticipated the stock to slip and it's exactly like that now (april first week). i personally can't imagine a phone without a case for however a short period.

Yeah, I got the case and dock a week before. The phone itself turned up in a nice custom-made shipping box, whereas the accessories arrived in comparatively huge boxes with the things bouncing around inside...

I casually walked (ran) to my Local Apple Store at lunch today (Hong Kong Plaza in Shanghai) and they told me they only have 16GB models today and to come back tomorrow for the 64GB.
I wouldn't be so eager, but my pre-order is set to deliver in 7-10 painfully long days...
