iPhone SE Order thread

I ordered from Verizon over the phone, since I had some questions the web site didn't make clear, middle morning on the first day of ordering. My bank web site shows a "temporary authorization" for the full purchase amount including "activation fee" and tax. I do not know if Verizon only placed a "temporary authorization," or if it shows this way because the bank takes a few days for charges to go from temporary to completed. My phone has been shipped and is sitting in Memphis.

Thats what i will be buying, how much did you pay, they are on eBay for £4.90 delivered at the moment, but i have found two different model numbers for the black version, IPH-058 and IPH-805, anyone know if there is a difference.

My CC had a $0.00 charge and then shortly after had the $98 charge (phone + upgrade fee + tax).

My phone has also already been shipped.

I ordered my iPhone about 6 hours after pre orders went live on TMobile. I ordered my iPad Pro on Friday afternoon in store. Seems like nothing is really back ordered, I think it was just their system wasn't working well for launch day and the day after, nothing was being updated properly.

Make sure to sign the EIP they email you as soon as you can because that can stop your Oder.

Not sure - mine was delivered yesterday from Amazon and it's the IPH-805 - the sticker on the front says 'compatible with iPhone 5 & 5S'.
 
I decided to order the SE. I was going to wait awhile, but when I put my Note 5 in my pocket to go
into the garden, too big. I ordered the space grey 64GB. I will be using both phones. Now I have to
go back to the garden and get my Note 5, where I laid it down.

My ship date is 4/13 - 4/18.

I noticed that as well, it can usually take a few hours to a day to update.
 
Has anyone ever tried the Apple lightening charger base/cradle that matches the color of your phone?

I signed the eip right away but no tracking yet.
 
Anyone here going to try getting the iPhone SE in store? When do you guys think store reservations will open, if at all? I'm hoping to get the SE when it comes out, but I don't want to camp out for one.
 
Just got my tracking number today for my SE ordered through T-Mobile. Can't wait til Thursday. 6S+ is just way too big. The 5S was the perfect size and my favorite phone.

I'll be going in-store for my purchase. Not getting it at Apple though. A lot of wireless shops around and I plan on just calling Thursday morning to check inventory.

Store reservations/instore pick up open up at 6 am local time for your store for both SE and 9.7" iPad Pro.
 
My iPhone SE serial number just showed up on my profile. It wasn't there earlier today; still preparing for shipment all weekend, though.
 
Really confused-- I ordered mine from apple the moment the store opened, went through no problem, but it's just perpetually sitting in Processing, and no updated number on the profile :<

Does this mean there will be reservation spots at 6am, or is it that the people who camp out can get their phone, first come first served? I don't mind waking up at 6am to get my reservation in, but I hope I don't have to compete against the campers and remaining stock.

I wouldn't worry about it. Same thing happened with my iPhone 5 order, but the status changed literally a day before it shipped. You will most likely get it the day it says on your order status page.

It opens online from what I know. So I could go online at 6 am and reserve one or order one for pick up. I was told by someone at Apple they don't expect people camping out.

Fairly common at this point, there should be lots movement by tomorrow for most US based orders. One of mine is "Processing" and the other one is "Preparing for Shipment". They were both ordered within minutes of Apple.com opening up on March 24. Additional note, neither of mine have hit my support profile as of this post.
