Love seeing everyone's excitement on these boards during a new iPhone launch. I'm sitting this one out but will be back at it when it comes to the 7 
I just canceled my pre-order. The status hadn't changed: still at least a week from shipping and delivery mid-to-late April. I'll just stop by the Apple Store on Thursday and hope they have some in stock.
Well, Apple has used both in the past, so yours is probably just via UPS.

Mine are usually UPS but this time it's FedEx.

I just got a simple clear case for the SE until I decide on something nicer. More cases always come out after the launch, hopefully something different from the iPhone 5/5S cases. The phone itself is still preparing for shipment with a 3/31 overnight deliver date.

You went from a 5S all the way to a 6S+? Just curious to know why you didn't just get a 6S.
I'm a bit annoyed that I might have been able to get the phone several hours earlier if I had just showed up at the store bright and early on launch day. FedEx says mine will be delivered "by 3:00 p.m." on Thursday. FedEx usually arrives at my location in the late afternoon, and never before about mid-day. But of course I was worried they might have been out, and I negotiated a reduction in the activation fee and contract price over the phone, which I'd not have been able to do at the store.
My iPads have always been Wi-Fi only, and I just picked them up early morning on launch day from the Apple store. My present phone, soon to be my previous phone, is just a flip phone that was in the store when I decided to get it.

So I logged into Verizon's Iconic portal to check my order status to see if I could get more info. There's another order in there from March 18 that still shows as processing! I wonder if that will screw my SE order up?! What happened was I thought I'd try switching to Android (ha!), got a Galaxy S7 in-store, and that lasted all of 7 hours. I returned it, but what complicated things was I turned in my 6S as it was on a device payment agreement and I paid to upgrade early. They gave me back my original phone with no problem but they didn't know what to do about the money I paid and reinstating the device payments. They let me go after about 45 mins and said they'd get it taken care of. When I called *611 a few days later to cancel a tablet line, I asked if they could tell what happened and if all was ok now. After awhile on hold she came back and said all was well and that my money should be back on my card within 48 hours and the device payment agreement would be back in effect within 7 days. Since I still hasn't received a refund I called this past Sat and was told they fixed it and I would have it Mon, Tues at the latest (STILL don't). So in the Iconic portal, it has my original GS7 purchased which is closed out fine, but then that 2nd order (which didn't exist) still showing as processing. AHHHH! Sorry for the novel but I'm getting a little anxious about getting my phone on time.

I mean, damn dude. Don't you have a job? I'll head to work on Thursday, at some point Fedex will drop off the phones with my wife, and I'll get to play with them when I get off of work. It's not... like, the end of the world or anything. I, personally, can't take 3 hours out of my work day to go queue up around an Apple store.
I actually experienced the exact same thing. Since I was checking my status every two hours to see if ordered had changed from "processing" to "preparing for shipping " (lol) noticed that my card did not go through which is weird because it's not like it didn't have funds , it was WellsFargo . Luckily, I bank with chase too and immediately changed it. Still says delivery on 31st though card was charged on Sunday.

Yes, thank you, but we were discussing tracking shipping. I asked about those items not because I'm shopping but because they often ship separately.
