If only if Apple can squeeze the A9/2GB/64GB/12MP/TouchID/LTE/Lightning and 4" display into a 4S frame.

Considering the 4S had a 30-pin dock connector, I think this would not be a problem especially if they removed the headphone jack. The battery would probably have a lower capacity, but otherwise comperbale. The home button might have to go on the back though, and the sim might have to be non-removable. Would you use a case on this new 4S hybrid?

As we speak I am sipping coffee admiring the optical image stabilized pics on my 6s plus (which look beautiful on this 5.5 inch display). I am enjoying my flagship and hope Apple continues to sensibly put the best specs in the best phones they produce.

I just hope that the best isn't determined by screen size. I want the best on offer and I often can't pocket something the size of the plus. Portability is paramount for me.

Got shipping notification here in Aus and thought - oh it's a day early. Normally get them on Thursday. Now I know we ordered on a Thursday due to Good Friday holy-day but I only just now realised I'm getting my new phone tomorrow not Friday.

Never been so happy to lose a day. Gain a day. Whatever. :)

Go to Apples website and see how much 'Trade in' value they will give you or sell it privately. Thats what i am doing with my 6 its covering 2/3rds of the cost of the SE :)
That's not a bad idea.... now the million dollar question, will I miss 3d touch.... probably not.

small screen with all of the efficiency improvements the 6 and 6s have received and slightly larger battery capacity, I'd expect good battery life. Interesting that it beat the Galaxy by so much.

Edit to add: I'm surprised that the 6S also beats the Galaxy by so much in battery life. From the chorus of complaints around here I've inferred that Android (which Galaxy certainly is the major player) has significantly better battery life than iPhone. Maybe there are smaller Android players that do or perhaps the complaints are just universal to modern smart phones but it would appear that at least the two leaders in smart phones have similar battery life (e.g. one is not double the other) and iPhone outlasts the samsung option by a good margin.

I have the Samsung s7, s7 Edge, iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s+.

I take my phones off the charger at 8am and put them back on the charger at 2am every day.

The 6s battery is dead long before I go to bed (I stopped using it in favor of the 6s+). The 6s+ is usually around 40% and my s7 edge is usually at 50%. The s7 edge is my primary phone and I game on it quite heavily. I stopped using the s7 in favor of the s7 edge but the s7 would typically have around 35%.

Not sure how they can claim that the s7 gets such terrible battery life.
