iphone speaker

well i purchased my iphone today at the san francisco apple store. i noticed that my left speaker is a lot louder than the right one. when i put my thumb over the left speaker i can barely hear it and when i put my thumb over the right speaker the volume still sounds the same. should i return it?

There's only one speaker. The right side is a microphone.

whew! That was easy. I was almost expecting another "How dare Apple deceive the public this way?" Or, "class action suit for simulated stereo speakers..."
