iPhone troubles with 3G

I've recently changed my data plan from 2gb to 200mb. Since then, safari comes up with cannot open page; server stopped responding on any AT&T network whether it's 3G, edge, etc. Any help with this problem? Google yields nothing 🙁

Call AT&T, that's your best bet! Or even better go to an AT&T store.
