Thanks! I love it! My DHL tracking said it was still at the Sandwell Service centre when it was delivered. Nothing about it being put in a van or anything. So was a nice surprise. :D:apple:

:( No way! What's with the microblogging approach to tracking? Am I going to get minute by minute updates on the driver's progress along the A127?
 
Glad I'm not the only saddo - was awake at 6 checking the DHL site - also out for delivery here from Stoke to Crewe (hopefully)

I want it now!
 
A DHL lorry and van just went by my flat window within minutes of each other...why did they not stop at my door and give me my pretty iphone?

If this is what it'll be like for the rest of the day, I might go insane!

I'm managed to wangle a 'working from home day', but I HAVE to pop out at 12:20 for an hour - I'll be gutted if it gets delivered when I'm out!

I wish Me.com would bloody work too - not like Apple to release something late or something that doesn't work. I wonder if they've been recruiting people from Microsoft? :) I can almost see the CV now "A proven project manager having complete work on Microsoft's Zune and Vista projects..." LOL

Oh, I'll guarantee you the delivery man will turn up when you're out, they always do. I'm pretty sure some of them wait for you to go out.

The bastard - I'll bet he's sat round the corner in his truck - playing on MY iPhone, waiting for me to lave the house!:)

I suppose I should get off my work laptop and onto my iMac so I can update my iTunes and start downloading apps - can't wait to use iPhone as a remote control!

I am darting between iPhone and MacRumors :D I love it! My first iPhone. To the question, yes I did get a text yesterday. Which was a relief. Good luck to all those still waiting. Hope it gets there soon.

...Just a thought, but have you tried loading up Mac Rumors on your iPhone. If you do it, take some pics and upload them - they'd be cool pics to have on this site and I'm sure the Mods would agree!
