How to do what? Walk into an Apple Store and buy a phone? We can't suggest answers if we can't figure out the question. You say you got your iPhone in the USA. So did I but without more background I have no idea why that is important. Try again with more specific information.
Google "Apple Stores in India." Choose the one closest to you. Go there. Buy an iPhone. You may also be able to order it online to be delivered. Indian law may (or may not) now permit this.

What makes you think US people will buy it for more cost? There are a lot of used iPhones for sale here. Soon all us US people will be selling off their iPhone 7 to make room for the new 7s/8 models. Those old phones will be looking for a resale market in other countries, like India. Not a huge market here for used 6s iPhones. It's all supply and demand.

In the US the apple stores would give you a gift card for the trade in value of the phone. But you always can make more money by selling the phone to someone else.
People in the US would expect you to ship the device to them and have it arrive within a few days. The costs of express shipping would make it not worth it.

It is not contract phone. It is a sim based and anyone can use it. It's 6s 16gb. It's A1633.
