Other iPhone Upgrade Program charges

Recently bought a iPhone X on IUP and noticed that there is a charge for "Additional Upgrade Amount" for $112.69. Anyone know what this charge is for?

I did have a 6S Plus on IUP that I traded in but I've had it for over 12 months.

I paid it, it is for applecare. Didn't seem included straight up on the iup
