I don't really respond to these necro threads but I think a lot of you guys are confusing the study. Its not that the BB makes their life's bad or sad. Its less optimistic people will actually choose the BB over the iphone.

Personally I think studies like this are not only pointless but not very accurate. They thing that makes these studies dumb is if BB went totally out of business those less optomistic people will buy different phones.

Sorry. Felt I had to contribute.

Previously only heard about BBs and that was always positive.

Yesterday had my first hands on as work was rolling them out to all operational staff. Now I get what SJ was saying at the original iPhone launch. I find the key pad near impossible.

A colleague took six attempts to put the same password in.

After similar initial struggles thought I'd licked it but no. Tried to use it out on the ground but couldn't get my password in within the permitted four attempts and it wiped itself!!!:(

Surely iPhone 4 would be much easier and now competitive.
