Hi,

I'm getting my iphone 4 in July and thinking of getting a iphone wallet, but it seems that only few companies make these things.

I found one I think looks awesome: http://shop.hardgraft.com/wallets/phone-fold-wallet

Are there any other manufacturers of wallets like this one, or can anybody remember a place where it can be bought? Its out of stock at Hard Graft.

eyy that is pretty sick outta all the iPhone wallets I seen

but I use my phone too much to pull out the wallet just to get to my phone

I always use my iPhone as a wallet and did tons of research before ordering something. Here were my options:

What I used on my 3G and love it:

What I ordered for my 4 (with the pocket, of course):

Other options that I didn't like:
http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/elan-passport-wallet
http://www.ipocketwallet.com/
http://www.etsy.com/search_results....+4"+wallet&search_type=handmade&ref=auto

One helpful thread that I used:

Hope that helps. ;)

Thanks, lorenwade

Its nice to see that I'm not the only one who think that a phone case and a wallet is a great idea.

I'll take a look at the once you have found.

I actually prefer the Griffin, where you can use without taking it out and yet have lots of card space and looks really nice. the one you chose in the first post looks great except cannot be used as is.

@jdaniel

I dont think I would be on the phone while its in my wallet anyway. It might look a little stupid to walk around with my wallet attached to my ear ;-)

My wallet goes in my back pocket... like most peoples'. I don't wanna be sitting on my iPhone lol.

Good point, ArcAngel66

I do sometimes put my iphone 2g in my back pocket and it works for me.

I dont really carry wallets, all I have is a card holder and thats it and that goes into my front pocket. I really dont put anything in my back pocket, I travel lots, force of habit basic rule number 1 to prevent theft pickpockets, dont have anything in your back pockets.

And cmon if people walk around with near invisible ear pieces and seem to be talking to themselves I am sure talking into something you hold to your ear would be fine :)

I was looking at the ipocketwallet.com version, but this hardgraft is the best looking one by far. At €59.00 though, it's kind of pricey. Plus shipping to the US will add some cost.

I'd prefer one made out of synthetic materials for myself.

Is there a risk of the phone disrupting the data stored in the magnetic strip of the credit cards?

@ldkaplan

Its a bit pricey, but everything cost more in Europe.

An example is the white macbook. I the US the price is 999 dollars - in Europe the same mac cost 1300 dollar. It 30 percent higher.

@Candymaker
The credit cards is not magnetic they are just disrupted by magnets - like hard disks are.

I have emailed Hard Graft to hear if there phone fold wallet will be in stock in the nearest future. And it will.

They guy wrote that it will be available in July.

I think I'll wait for it and perhaps combine it with a Bumper on the phone.
