iPhone X iPhone X battery life decrease recently

Since last update my battery seems to have take a pretty big hit. I used to get a full day of use and now I’m charging by 1pm. Anyone else exp this?

No. What does Battery Usage report? Go To Settings. click battery and and wait for it to generate a report. Post a screenshot if possible.

My wife was down to 40% yesterday by 2pm, when she usually ends her day at 11pm with nearly that much. She restarted her phone And it's back to normal.

Sometimes a restart is all you need.

I’ll try that. Several ppl I talke to were having the same issue though.

You do have a lot of apps working in the background. Do you really need amazon to be on when you are not using it? I see a lot of social media and entertainment apps all using battery... I don't think your batter drain is unusual.

There are lots of background activity here. This background activity doesn't let your iPhone go into deep standby (which means less battery power usage).
