Yup, same here, I keep it in Silent mode all the time.

The only thing that annoys me with iOS 11 is that my Alarms now also only vibrate, rather than break through Silent mode with sound. I prefer the pre-11 behaviour, though. An alarm should be an alarm, regardless of Silent mode.

My iPhones are usually on vibrate about 90% of the time as well. There are times where an audible alert is better than a slightly perverted lap tickle in my pocket I’m still very surprised how strong the vibration is on iPhones even after all these years (best in the business).

However there is NOTHING like working in IT passing end users desks when your iPhone says “Nice” or “sweet” in an email or sms alert in the Gears Of War voices lol.

I liked it. I don't care what anyone says!

I cannot wait to hear the iMac or Mac Pro’s upcoming boot sound. I’m angry apple removed the boot sound from MacBook Pro’s and then Federighi had the gall to call OSSx MacOS yet remove the boot sound?! Dude needs a serious head shake JUST for that alone! Boot sound is what made Macs unique and it’s part of the soul of a Mac.

I’ll keep my “Dominator,” tone by Armin van Buuren.

I like it though. Nothing says fun like a tropical house inspired FM Marimba.

Great track but I prefer Gears Of War “Nice” and “Sweet”.

I hear a lot of people in public who set their ringtone to the default iOS alarm sound. Really. ****ing. Irritating.

If I can’t here it in my pocket, it’s useless. I’ve always used the tone that was in the original commercials but was never available natively on the iPhone. So weird they didn’t include it.

took me a few minutes to convert it and now it's on my work phone and personal phone. Might leave it, but ill have to see. It is gentler than some of the other stock ringtones but something about it drives anxiety lol.

Okay, maybe this is a stupid question... but since iTunes lost the ability to manage ringtones, how do I add the file to the ringtones on my phone...? I can't seem to figure it out!

I felt that the sound quality seemed to be on the lower side. As if encoded at 32 kbps.
