iPhone X keeps sliding off

I just got two of these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KJL4XNY/ref=sspa_dk_detail_0?psc=1 delivered yesterday. Both worked flawlessly last night. I have set the phone down in different directions, and it immediately starts charging. There's a little texture to it, so the phone doesn't slide around. It just works. Very convenient. I'd like to have about 4 more around the house.

I also have a couple of the Anker mats, they have a slightly felt like surface which stops the glass back of the X sliding off. I would recommend this product...

I have this Samsung version with no issues. I had used it on my 8 plus for over a month before the X.

Look at the different colors and make sure it is sold by Amazon. Prices can be $31 or less.

Fast charging of course doesn't work as that feature only works for Samsung. Still a good quality charger and the cord is just Micro USB and could be replaced if needed. The versions that Apple sells use a proprietary cord.

This charger should support fast charging once Apple releases an update, as it supports up to 10w. Apple fast charging only requires 7.5w.

I have this one and it works great with the X and a leather case though it doesn't support fast charge however it was only $12 through kinja deals.

So, I basically use a leather case at night and works fine without sliding off.. no other option but to put on a case at night then removing it when I’m awake

I got that same one, and it was sliding off for me as well. I returned and looking for a better one that has more grip.

Same here, iPhone x slides off charger. I really think I am just going to use my iPad charger from the Pro to charge from now on.

I just thought my floor/desk/table was not level. I did not post before because I figured that would be the responses I got.

Same problem with the Belkin 15W - I ordered the mophie, hope its better.

I have the Mophie charge force. It has a magnet so it is easy to find the sweet spot and it won’t slide off anywhere. Not a fast charger, though.

There’s apparently some vibration with wireless charging. I’ve noticed some of the qi chargers are coming with a rubber mat now to help prevent this.

I bought and used this one last night. It stayed put.

Thanks for the heads up. I’m guessing the LEDs continuously “breathe” throughout the charge? My wife and I each want one on our nightstands but she couldn’t even deal with the single charging LED of a Nintendo 3DS when plugged in at night.

I’m a bit confused as to why obnoxious LEDS are on every charger. I get that you want to make sure you put it down correctly, but you’ve got something even better in a giant phone screen that can make a big animation to show it is charging or something.

A roll of black electrical tape is pretty much a requirement for anyone using gadgets these days. Cheap at any hardware store.

Same problem. I have a pretty rose gold phone that I hate to put a case on because it matches everything, but now it’s destroyed from constantly falling and even the facts it’s so slippery to touch and hold. I hate it and want to go back to the old Android
