Owners using the Apple Leather Case, can I know if the bottom of your phone is scratched as it is not protected by the case? Really wanted to get the case but have concerns for scratches at the bottom of the phone.

Having had a few cases through the years, Apples leather case is fantastic and really protects the phone well. It seems to be made as a wallet as well now so...
Mine isn't scratched yet :D

Even the bottom part that is not covered by the case is not scratched?

Not yet. I had the same version case on my 6S and after two years it´s still looking great with no scratches.
I really like Apples case, haven't tried the silicone one, but leather is nicer and looks better

I have the silver iPhone X with stainless steel and the Apple leather case. The exposed stainless steel has micro scratches that can only be seen in very bright light. I'm careful with the phone but stainless steel scratches very easily. In spite of this I still prefer to have a little of the stainless steel showing. I'm sure the micro scratches could easily be polished off. I used the Cape Cod polishing cloth on my series 0 stainless Apple Watch which removed most of the scratches and those were more significant than the micro ones on my phone.

I too use my iPhone X with an Apple leather case and have no scratches or issues with the bottom portion not covered. Easiest way I've found to prevent scratches in this prone area or the front display is to reserve my left pocket in any pair of pants for my phone ONLY. NOTHING but the phone goes there.

Mine hasn’t scratched. Also depends which color iPhone you have. The stainless scratches a lot easier but can be removed. Where the spacegrey doesn’t scratch as easy.
