It took just about 10 minutes for the store to show up for me. It already shows 2-3 weeks for delivery, though local in-store pickups (SF Bay Area) are all launch day. I grabbed one through Verizon before the Apple Store got around to getting it up. I'll add AppleCare once I get the device.

I got mine stupid November 10-17. I had a chance to do in-store pickup, but wasn't prepared for that option. Oh well. I could have gotten release day. I still hope somehow they bump these up
Same here. The moment the app started working for me, it was already showing Nov 10-17 but with in-store options. Wasn't prepared for that and in the 30 seconds it took me to choose the closet one on that day, it was already unavailable at any of my local stores.

Ordered from the uk Silver 256 iPhone x. Confirmation email @ 8:05 day delivery Friday 3rd November, fingers crossed

Well, I got in at 3 minutes after, ordered, but then Apple was "unable to reach the carrier systems" so they've 'reserved' an iPhone X for me. What the hell!?

Got a reservation number because "carrier site is down" or something, using the Apple Store app on iPhone...

Ditto. Before I got to that page the phone said 11/3 delivery, so let's hope that sticks.

2 x iPhone X 256GB Space Grey ordered from the Apple Store UK via the App Store app on my iPhone 7. One after the other. Around 08:03 UK time. Easy peasy. Delivered 3 Nov.

Go to website -it’s working. But since I pre-registered with iup, it kicks me to Apple Store app which is still down...! So much for this speeding up the process...

I had both my MacBook for the Apple Store web site and my iPad for the Apple Store App fired up and waiting. The first to come up was the website so I ordered a 64G Silver and got in for Launch Day.
My iPad still is stuck at "We've got something special in store for you"....

Apple is now accepting pre-orders for the new iPhone X through its online storefront and through the Apple Store app.

The iPhone X features the first major redesign Apple has introduced in years with a 5.8-inch OLED display that is nearly bezel-free with no Home button. It also introduces a TrueDepth camera that supports a new Face ID facial recognition system and it supports Qi wireless inductive charging.

Does anyone that got in store pickup get an email that says shipping? I got November 3rd I think I picked the store but then email says shipping. I’m gonna be on vacation from oct 30th to November 13 so I tried to get instore pickup on vacation if it ships to home I guess worst things would of happened but I picked the store so I dunno

Verizon pre-orders opened almost 10 minutes early. Got two ordered before 3am.

Apple store website just came up for me. 64GB Verizon was still showing 11/3 but the 256GB says 2-3 weeks.
Not on my end using the app, but my order was complete by 3:02 and I have an 11/3 ship date. Once again the Verizon upgrade route worked very well.
