I rest my phone on my pinky when I’m using my X and I’m getting pinky fatigue. I’ve always used my past iPhone 1 handed and never experienced pinky fatigue. After a bit I have to stop and start using with 2 hands.

Anyone experience pinky fatigue?

I experienced this going from my 6s to my 7Plus. Took a couple weeks to adjust my grip, but typically haven't had the problem since.

i have a dent in my pinky.

(i also hold my coffee there on the walk to work so it's more than just the phone causing it)

[edit]

left hand -- no dent:

right pinky -- dented:

Got it

I guess I do that too now seeing the picture

Used an X in store for 30 minutes and had no issue

Nor with my 6s Plus

Might add I had thumb surgery on that hand and plenty of arthritis, still no issues.

Invert the screen, problem solved.

I knew exactly what you were talking about once I read the title. I also balance my phones on my pinky, and I was able to do it fine with the 6, 6S and 7. The X is wider and heavier, so I have had to adjust my grip more frequently. Not a huge deal, but I have noticed it.

Coming from the Plus model, this is nothing new for me. Although with the X, I'm doing it more because the new case is so slippery, and not so much because of the size/weight of the phone was was the case with my 6 Plus.

I have a slight dent in my right pinky too, after years of holding my phone that way. When I feel a bit of fatigue in the finger, I adjust my grip for a while, and it’s fine.

But I do have a default position, for sure.
