Yea one of mine has shipped also. UPS has it. Still waiting on the other one and nothing from Apple yet. They are usually slower to notify shipping changes.

People from Europe/UK who don't see their order via UPS: if you have "Express Shipping" written on your order, it's absolutely normal since these orders ships a little bit later.
I think any US orders that has "Standard Shipping" should ship this weekend (or has already shipped and appear on UPS via Reference Number)

For those already able to track the shipments. Does the Apple site status say shipped? Or preparing to ship?

Still says preparing for shipment.

Also, my UPS tracking has two new updates since I first found it. It is actually on the move, not just at its origin scan location. Nerdy but exciting.

EU here, can’t find it with standard shipping.
But I also think it is in Waalwijk (The Netherlands) already and won’t see movement till Thursday.
(just like I’ve experienced last year)

Order also changed to PFS to Sydney Australia.

This hasn’t happened in the past for previous launches. We usually get the PFS notification on the Tuesday or Wednesday and all the shipment gets tracked from a Sydney depot (not from China).

How does everyone find their reference numbers? I only have an Apple Order number.

Read the thread mate, read the thread... Post #6

Not sure on your shipment provider however...

I did ship to store. My status has not changed, it says Order in Progress. Anyone know what to expect for updates for ship to store orders?

I friend of mine knows the manager of an Apple Store. She says the iPhone X's are already sitting there and they go through the process of tagging them for pick up customers and time. Not sure I will get any shipping update. Maybe my status will check to "Ready for Pickup" on Friday.

Mine also has a UPS number and is in ZhengZhou, China. Mine is being shipped to my house but I thought I would be able to change to pick up at customer center. But when I tried that it indicated that this would push my delivery date to Monday 11/6.
Sucks because I'm heading out of town 11/3 in the late afternoon and UPS doesn't come my way until after 6 PM usually.

Do you have to use the desktop site? I’m in the UK with a preparing to dispatch but can’t get the tracking working.

Was trying to find a thread to post this. This one seems appropriate. Take a look at what they claim an iPhone X is selling for there (last section).

Carriers Rule?
It seems Verizon decided to celebrate the iPhone X’s arrival early. Multiple reports note the No. 1 carrier in the U.S. began accepting orders as soon as 11:50 p.m. PDT. An automatic queue with a countdown clock welcomed visitors to AT&T’s website. It too allowed some pre-orders before the official start time.
Over at Sprint, frustration boiled over almost immediately, with many reporting early login problems that pushed orders beyond the initial Nov. 3 delivery date.

All models in short supply
It seems the $1,149 256GB iPhone X models were the first to move beyond a Nov. 3 delivery date. However, the $999 64GB models quickly followed. This shift suggests demand for all models are strongly outpacing supply.

The Future
For weeks, we’ve heard the iPhone X would be in short supply when pre-orders began. Despite this, I’m sure many would-be buyers will be waking up today hoping to score a new handset for Nov. 3. At the rate things are going, don’t be surprised to see new orders slip into January.

Do you still want a new phone on Nov. 3, but didn’t place an order? Apple’s accepting walk-ins beginning at 8 am.
Apple’s accepting walk-ins beginning at 8 am. local time. You could also try eBay, where some folks are willing to part with their new handset for up to $59,999.99. Yes, you heard right.

I ordered my phone first still nada I ordered my wife phone second and already shipped leaving china 🙁🙁 both with 11/3 delivery dates

I would like to know the same...I wasn’t given the option to ship, only to pick up at the store.

pick up to store will delay it until Monday if I where you change it to UPS CC
This is simply not true. I have a time I chose to pick up the phone (5:30) and it will be waiting for me on Friday. I chose ship to store because they require a signature for delivery to a home (and I won't be home).

My phone is sitting in the store room of the Apple store a few miles away right now.

We are all good. I confirmed that we simply will get an email next week confirming. Our phones are already at the store we chose. I received this information from an Apple Store Manager.
