I own both a Series 3 and an XR and have never upgraded unless one of my devices was broken/dead etc. If the next iPhone though sticks to the renders that Jon Prosser was going on about (link), I might *consider* it (as a speculative 14 'mini' would stoke my nostalgia for the 4S that got me into the ecosystem in the first place). Not sure what could get me to upgrade my watch though.

Awww...I love my XR still. But yeah it kind of makes no sense in the lineup. Although really I fill that way about the 11 being there as well.
Same here. My XR doesn't feel like it's slowing down, it still takes good photos, and it still runs all the apps I use. My wife uses her XR for almost everything, rarely getting on her iPad, and using her MacBook Air only for typing long documents or filling out online forms. I use my XR only for making phone calls, taking photos, and doing other things when I'm out and about. I find it too small for most things, and I prefer my iPad for iOS tasks. We'll probably upgrade to the iPhone 14, though, primarily for the better camera.
