iPhone XR Launch Day Continues Around the World

Went to a store an hour ago. Didn’t like the XR. It’s too big, thick and heavy imo.
The display looks nice though, no problem here.
Next to it the XS, nice sexy and not too big.

I went to an ATT this morning to add one to our company account. I got there at 9:15 and no one else was there. They had the white one on display and the screen looked good to my eyes. I opted for the 128 white.
Look at the bezels
Aesthetically, it seems pretty warm and cute to my eyes. Honestly I think it even looks a little nicer than the X, which I wouldn't have thought would be the case if the bezels were slightly bigger.
It looks like it wants to be picked up, like a little puppy wagging its tail.
Certainly better than the Google Chin 3, or the Samsung which is basically a block.
But hey, each to their own.*shrug*

I'm putting a case on mine anyway so bezels like that don't bother me. They look thinner than the side bezels on my current 6 Plus. That's the trade off by going with LCD. Is it worth an additional $250 - $350 to knock the bezels down by a couple of mm?

I got through check on on iPhone Xs day with XS MAX 256GB Gold and the Series 4 watch at 12:40am PST and had it for store pick-up at 9am it was the best experience did I miss hanging out in long-lines too a point but I slept great...
I think I will duck out of there if I saw such celebration over a phone. Too embarrassing. 
Well that’s what’s going to happen if you go into an Apple store at opening time on an iPhone launch day. If you don’t like they you souls choose another time to go.

I have the XS Max and gave my 8 plus to my wife. I feel such a big difference in screen clarity when I use her 8 plus. I feel it is worth to have a nice screen, dual camera and larger screen.
yep...same here...want to replace my SE but nonpaying over $1000 CDN for a phone that's way to big for my pocket and my needs...here's hoping Apple comes to their senses and comes out with an updated SE by next fall for those that like like the smaller forum factor and to have a phone that can be priced competitively in emerging markets

Picked mine up but hope Tim was suitably embarrassed they couldn’t get a case manufactured for it. That’s an easy upsell for a man who loves that sort of thing and I’ve walked out with just the phone.
