I've never seen a clear case by Apple. I'd try a Spigen though...I've heard good things about them.
Their pricing is low too.

Apple are making one for the XR.

This is apparently it. It appeared on the press release for the XR in countries such as Canada, but not the US etc. and confirmed that a clear case was coming. But not on the store yet so who knows.

Super excited to recieve my iPhone Xr this week and was wondering what do you guys think we can expect the retail packaging of the XR to look like? Do you think we could see the transparent boxes like we saw with the iPod touch and iPhone 5c or will it be the usual white box with the iPhone picture on the front, let me know what you think, and what would you like the iPhone Xr retail packaging to look like?

I expect the XR packaging to be like the Apple Leather and Silicone cases. Apple will hang the XR's on the wall alongside the cases for you to pull them right off the rod while the XS and XS Max are in the traditional white boxes hidden in the back due to its higher price point.

I have a spiegen clear case
It's nice but it smudges like no other case I have seen. Covered in fingerprints and really not a fan of it
