Is the new iPhone Xs models 120hz refresh rate like the iPad Pro? I was trying to understand the explanation in the keynote.

Is this a limitation of OLED panels? Last year I was pretty sure they'd make this generation of iPhones have Pro Motion. But now I'm reading it is related to the OLED technology. Pro Motion on the iPhone will be a pretty cool selling point for me.
