iPod touch iPod Touch 1st Gen Software Update

I never encountered this issue.

I actually payed for the 3.0. It bricked my pod.
I restored to 2.2.1 (which I didn't pay for)
The 3.0 upate remained on my system.
One day I was actually offered to upgrade to 3.1.3!!!:D
