That was posted months ago and 3.0 added that feature. OMG quit bringing dead threads back.

OMG

Actually, based on forum rules, I am allowed to comment on any open thread. Now if you have some sort of specialized rules I am not aware of, perhaps you could email those to me, so that I may better understand where you are coming from.

On the other hand, perhaps you feel the need to display how much "greater" you by pointing out what could possibly been seen as a flaw in my "flame" post. I'm not sure which it may be. Perhaps you could enlighten everyone with a thread stating the forum rules as specified by "TuffLuffJimmy," if that is your real name. I assume your rules would look something like this -

1) I am God. Please be aware that all posts not posted by myself are inadequate for human knowledge and therefore lesser than anything I post.
2) I know more than you on just about everything. I realize this does tie into rule #1 somewhat, but I feel its neccesary to reiterate this sentiment so it is not overlooked.
3) As you can tell by my avatar, I am what you may define as "in." I work off my own script, I live outside the norm, and yes I own a mac. I most likely will bring this up in 5-10 posts a day, I cannot guarantee it though. Any post not proclaiming a neo-hippie lifestyle will be removed for questionable content. This includes posts mentioning - christians, republicans, and the Dutch (unless in a derogatory light).
4) You probably don't know this, but I only listen to indie rock, I can't stand corporate America and the way they've handled music. So when posting about music, you are only allowed to mention bands/artists with a following of less than 36 people.
5) Did I mention just how much better my posts are than yours. Its rather sad really, I don't know why anyone wastes time reading posts other than my own.
6) I don't like flame posts, unless I am the one posting them. So please leave all flaming to myself.
7) Finally please be aware that I am actually the wittiest person on the internet at this very moment. Perhaps in the future someone will be wittier, but not currently, so keep that in mind when posting jokes, and one liners.

Again, I apologize that I was not given these rules before I posted. Please accept my apologies - oh most holy forum meister.

*blinks twice*

Did I just get served?

"TuffLuffJimmy," if that is your real name.
It isn't

I assume your rules would look something like this
quite the assumption.

1) I am God. Please be aware that all posts not posted by myself are inadequate for human knowledge and therefore lesser than anything I post.
I don't believe in god...
2) I know more than you on just about everything. I realize this does tie into rule #1 somewhat, but I feel its neccesary to reiterate this sentiment so it is not overlooked.
well I hate to toot my own horn, but... yeah.
3) As you can tell by my avatar, I am what you may define as "in."
I do miss that hat... my friend lost it when we were kayaking in Alaska while on holiday.
I work off my own script, I live outside the norm, and yes I own a mac.
Oh don't under sell me, I've owned several. I don't write scripts, I write screenplays. I don't live outside the norm I define it --the norm, that is.

I most likely will bring this up in 5-10 posts a day, I cannot guarantee it though.
To be honest I don't even post pictures I took with Photo Booth to facebook!

Any post not proclaiming a neo-hippie lifestyle will be removed for questionable content.
Well I'll at least report them to a moderator.

This includes posts mentioning - christians, republicans, and the Dutch (unless in a derogatory light).
Well I did grow up in a Christian household. I can summarize most bible stories, I've read 90% of the books. But of course, being such a hipster I just hate christians, after all what gay boy wouldn't? As for republicans...

4) You probably don't know this, but I only listen to indie rock, I can't stand corporate America and the way they've handled music.
Indie rock is for sell outs. ;)
So when posting about music, you are only allowed to mention bands/artists with a following of less than 36 people.
I wouldn't describe my tastes as Indie. I listen to a fair amount of Britney Spears and Nelly.
5) Did I mention just how much better my posts are than yours. Its rather sad really, I don't know why anyone wastes time reading posts other than my own.
Come now. I peruse these forums all day.
6) I don't like flame posts, unless I am the one posting them. So please leave all flaming to myself.

Nah, I'm just argumentative.
Finally please be aware that I am actually the wittiest person on the internet at this very moment.
I believe that title actually goes to Skunk...

Again, I apologize that I was not given these rules before I posted. Please accept my apologies - oh most holy forum meister.

mea culpa

Lol!!! Thread ressurection.

Macmini1234, care to dig threads from 2 years ago and bump them up?

You do NOT have to shake the ipod hard to change songs.

Especially if its mounted on a Jeep, or on a Harley!!

Whoever thought of this "feature" should have their butts kicked, I can't even listen to a complete song now unless I lock the ipod and turn off the screen.
(Sort of sucks for the music videos!)

Is there ANY way to turn this crappy feature off?!?!?
