I feel like every year we say "GPS chip", but i'm still thinking no. Only thing i'm hoping for is a 4+ inch screen. fingers crossed

The iPod Touch will be the same size as either the current or previous generation iPhone when it gets updated. So right now we know what size the iPod Touch screen would be unless a new iPhone comes out before the iPod Touch.

I'm thinking not on a GPS chip as well.

hmm, i was thinking new iphone out this summer would be 4" plus and new ipod touch in fall would follow suit, but i guess since they changed the release schedule a little last year anything is possible now?

Do you think the new iphone will have 4"+ screen? if it does do you think the new ipod would be similar?

Super iPod= iPhone/ iPad
This is why I have a MacBook! All I need and much more!
Na, they do really need to release a better iPod touch. It'd fair very well in the gaming market... who wouldn't want a 4.6 inch iPod touch for gaming? With a quad-core processor, and powerful graphics? :D

I would!!! If they'd let me trade it in when (IF) the new one comes out, I'd get it that day!

I'm not sure they do that, but I'm looking forward to such a thing. Apple really seems to push their devices as gaming devices, but a $200-$300 iPod touch would make for a really nice device, particularly with SGX 600 series graphics and a dual-core or quad-core Cortex A15 processor, say hello to console quality graphics :D
