iPod touch iPod Touch 5g

An iPhone without the voice or text plan, because you know until Verizon got the iPhone people didn't use it for the phone.
Apple plans already other & smaller 3G devices. The next iPhone should have 4G (LTE) support. At least LG and other manufacturers have already 4G support in their products.
GPS + 3G would be fantastic for navigation solutions (bike, car, whatever).
I have the iPod 2g and want to get the iPod 4g, but I am afraid once I get it the new iPod will come out. When is it suppose to or rumored to be coming out?
Next iPhone will have 4G HSPA+ doubtfully LTE. AT&T LTE won't be launching till next year, so its essentially useless.
GPS chip maybe in the next touch, but extremely doubt it, doubt a compass and an OLED screen. Apple is going to stick with Retina and I'm glad they are.
Likely at September because that's when all the iPods have been released in the past, but people are saying it could be delayed because of the delay of iPhone 5.
i hate all the fools that criticizes what other people want. Say what u want to see on the ipodtouch and leave other people's comments alone. We should stand for achievable technology if a device can be made better with the present technology why do we object? To wait longer for yesterdays technology? if it is possible apple should do it. What i would like to see are :
1) WIFI + 3G models of the ipodtouch (unless you enjoy being a wifi hog or being extremely limited to coffee shops,or carrying ur laptops around. The ipodtouch depends a lot on internet connectivity is a shame for it to be so restricted. and for the fools who always suggest getting an iphone cant u get it in your thick skulls that some people JUST DONT WANT AN IPHONE...PERIOD?)
2) A better camera (apple come on!!!)
3) GPS
4) more RAM
5) Aluminum or Glass back ( get rid of the stainless steel back already)
6) Enable the damn FM radio
7) Bigger screen (apple can pull it off)
8) vibration motor
9) better sound quality (if apple implements this it would be a sole monopoly)
optional sd card slot
lastly its good its thin and all but it doesnt have to be so thin just let it be functional.

If you count 7 months as just now... It's not that new. Now there WAS someone speculating in October. Now that's early.
Anyways, there will be a camera and oh no-- Apple's gonna make it thinner. And who knows what else. Personally I want one of the displays that you can tilt every way and still see all the color. Forgot what it's called. And I also would like a way to ADD PHOTO ALBUMS ON THE iPOD. And a camera flash. Cuz then I can use it as a flashlight. But then we need a bigger battery... but I was just about to mention that anyway.

Could care less about the GPS.
And yes. We need MORE RAM.
And I hate the stainless stell back. Apple, to be truthful, IT SUCKS. Mine's dented, scratched, and officially dead. We need glass, like the iPhone or better yet, that Aluminum. Like The iPad.
Also a white iPod would be nice.
And YES. FM radio and I'll buy it just for that.

That's... nasty. And you already touched the comment... you replied and quoted it. And a vibrate function would be useful. For notifications, cuz if it's in my pocket I can't see the freakin' screen light up for a Notification! And for Facetime. And it would be very cool on games like doodle jump and that stuff.

isn't going to give it cellular anything because that would make it the iphone. They won't give it gps/compass because it uses cellular to make it work! They're not going to make a 5 inch screen because they don't need to. If you want a bigger screen then get an ipad!

Same thing as an iPad with 3G. Data connectivity everywhere. Doesn't have to have a phone in it.
So people are willing to pay 130 dollars more for 3G version of iPod touch?

If the company is not building 3G ipod touch, then it's probably because they believe it won't be as successful as some people would think.
