I want to second the Belkin silicone case. Although it is for the 1G version, the 2G fits in it snug. There are no holes on the sides of the case for the volume control but that doesn't matter since it is silicone, you can still press the buttons through the case.

It will keep the back of the iPod from getting scratches until your invisible shields come in.

actually, that belkin case from best buy is for the 2G.

See: The Volume Control buttons on the side, 1G doesn't have that.

I tired packing tape and it looks horrible. Haha. It's a decent temporary fix until my InvisibleShield comes in. Though I have just found this large straight scratch on the back. Ugh...

I would take photos but I am lazy. Just imagine a bunch of packing tape wrapping the back of it, and the really long ones folded cause I'm too lazy to trim it. Ugh school is making me so lazy.

Has anyone used Zagg before? I usually check out all sellers at resellerratings before I make any online purchase. I already had several things in my cart when I decided to check them out. They did not give Zagg very favorable ratings for customer service. A lot of late ships with excuses from company about not being able to keep up with so many orders.
Thank you for anyone who has used them & can share their experience.
