iPod touch iPod Touch Unboxing photos and High Definition videos

Anxiously waiting too.. It takes over 12 hours to download on dialup, so the sooner I get it started to download the better.

Hey guys. Stage6 has been having upload problems all day due to them changing some stuff. That being said I cannot upload until they get this fixed. I may try and get a youtube link up but that will take awhile so we will see...

yea, thanks, you rock. By the way, in the last vid, you were contemplating cursing me out becasue of my tripod quip lol sorry about that:p but i feel famous for being in your vid haha

Haha not really. Just a failed attempt at humor on my part...
 
Haha dude, awesome video! I seriously didn't expect you to go to the sites I listed but it made my day when you did. Awesome to see they worked! The reason I suggested Gamespot vs the other one was because I wanted to see if Gamespot would actually load (because of all the media, like you said) and I was actually quite surprised it did (well most of it). Guess you're not one of those stuck up reviewers who only want to review what they want.

Only one tiny suggestion, I know it was prolly hard filming and using the Touch, but either zoom out a TINY bit of move it a little further away. Most of the time (landscape anyway) the whole right side of the screen was cut off, so I couldn't see what you were doing. Wasn't so bad towards the end though.

In all, very good video and the length was very good (better than 6 mins, certainly worth the long buffer, for me anyway)

Keep them coming, and I really like the idea of the live webcam review.

As everyone else has said, all the pre-order people are at least somewhat satiated living vicariously through your videos. I'm in Canada so I should get my pre-order in time for it to be classified a collector's item lol.

Haha yeah. The problem was that as I my arms got more and more tired do to holding them there (I messed up that video and restarted at LEAST 15 times lol. Thought about adding a bloopers section.) I started pulling them closer to my body so I could rest my elbows on my stomach/hips and that made the iPod get too close to the lens. But of course I was too busy looking at the touch itself to notice for a few minutes.

Those videos are the best descriptive videos of the iPod touch. Very well done! I can't wait to pick one up once they become available in Canada, and once the screen issues start floating away.

Even the videos w/ out the tripod were great, not too shaky for me.
 
I've been looking forward to ur vids almost everyday. Would you mind demoing the IM services through like some of the web apps. Meebo, Hivejive? (not sure if it's called that), i just want to see the speed of it.

Perhaps even facebook on the touch.

Wow...578MB... this will take days for my computer to download it :( and most likely won't finish since my internet connection reboots every 10 hours or so. I tried downloading it last night, and my connection timed out and I had nothing this morning.

Anyway you can make a youtube one?

the latest video keeps making safari crash for me for some reason...anyone else have that problem?

It is most likely do to the fact that the video is so large and your computer can't keep up. I may post a youtube version later.
 
Nice videos, just one question, does the iPod Touch supports chapter marks on videos?? it would be cool if you could show in the next video.
 
The screen on your iPod Touch looks excellent. It's really easy to tell how good it is when you view it on the HD camera. Very nice rich blacks indeed.
